Mr. Flumerfelt founded PIE in 2013 and brings over 20 years of industrial engineering and manufacturing experience. At PIE, Mr. Flumerfelt presides over all operations and provides strategic oversight to deliver full-service equipment and design custom integrated systems. In 2018, Mr. Flumerfelt acquired SMK Tri-Cities to synergize field installation and gain additional fabrication capabilities. Mr. Flumerfelt guided SMK to double digit growth year over year until he divested his majority share in 2022. Mr. Flumerfelt received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.

Jenna Flumerfelt

Vice President

Mrs. Flumerfelt co-founded PIE in 2013 and brings over 20 years of executive sales management and operational experience in commercial construction and industrial manufacturing. At PIE, Mrs. Flumerfelt manages all back-office functions and oversees extensive daily operations in manufacturing. She has led the company from inception to a global project management firm and manufacturer of food processing equipment to the largest mass food producing and distribution companies in the world.

Prior to founding PIE, Mrs. Flumerfelt worked for United Rentals where she managed multiple profit centers and an equipment fleet in excess of $20 million.

Breann Speer

Sales Manager

Ms. Speer joined PIE in January of 2024 as the Sales Manager. She brings 14 years of sales management and operational experience in fresh pack equipment manufacturing in the fruit & vegetable segments.

Prior to joining PIE, Ms. Speer was the Operations Manager at MAF Industries, a world leader in the manufacturing of packing house equipment. Before her time as operations manager, Ms. Speer spent two years with Van Doren Sales, Inc., a manufacturer of automatic container and fruit handling equipment in the Northwest. Ms. Speer received an Associate of Science from Yakima Valley Community College.
